Breaks: Breaks will be given in the last 10 minutes of each hour.

Client Cancellations & Refunds: Cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours or for no-shows.

Organizer Cancellations & Rescheduling: If I must cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or business circumstance, you will be notified promptly and given the choice of a full refund or a spot in a future event.
